Our Rights

The Deputies Law Enforcement Association believes that Maricopa County Deputy Sheriffs have the same Constitutional rights as other citizens of the United States and will constantly protect these rights.

Our Standards

The Deputies Law Enforcement Association believes that Maricopa County Deputy Sheriffs are professionals and will constantly strive to upgrade their standards, wages, benefits and working conditions to reflect their professional status.

Our Interests

The Deputies Law Enforcement Association will promote the interests of Maricopa County Deputy Sheriffs before the U.S. Congress, Arizona State Legislature, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, and the Arizona Peace Officers Standards and Training Board (AzPOST).
