DLEA - Who Are We?

• The Deputies Law Enforcement Association membership consists of  Deputy Sheriff's who work for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (Arizona).

• In the waning months of 1997, a small but ambitious group of Maricopa County Deputy Sheriffs banded together to protect their jobs, their ideals and their future.

• Today, we preserve the same bond which formed the Deputies Law Enforcement Association. The integrity behind DLEA's inception remains the greatest asset of our Association, now more than 300 members strong.

 Our Mission

• To promote the positive role of the law enforcement profession.

• To serve our membership by protecting their rights and ensuring fair benefits through effective representation

• To develop professional relationships with law enforcement agencies, the community and all governmental entities.
